Chalets at Camping du Lac
This
is an exciting new development to install ten high quality wooden
holiday chalets on the upper terraces of our campsite. Each
chalet has a generous sized plot (approx 200m²) and we
take great care with each installation to maintain a sense of
privacy and tranquillity. The chalets have a vehicle access
separate from the main campsite and are available for use all
year round (but not as a permanent residence).
The
chalets are of wood construction, very well insulated and with
a high quality finish. Situated on the upper slopes of the campsite
the chalets will give you privacy, sunshine as well as some
great views of Marciac and the surrounding countryside, with
the Pyrenees on the horizon. Fully fitted out and connected
to mains water and electricity you will be able to move straight
in. The chalets benefit from free broadband WiFi internet access.
Your
home from home made easy
Unlike
traditional second homes, these chalets are virtually maintenance
free, are exempt from local residence taxes and offer the benefit
of all the campsite facilities such as swimming pool and bar.
As we live on site all year round we keep an eye on you chalet
when you are not there and prepare it for you when you come
to stay. The ground maintenace is carried out by us, so all
you have to do is turn up, put out the sun lounger and relax
!
We offer the possibility of a managed rental service to provide
you a return on your investement, or you can chose to keep the
chalet just for you and you family.
